Hello everyone! My name is Victoria. I'm a pretty simple lady. Originally from Michigan, I now live in Georgia. I graduated high school at 17 and was married to the love of my life less than a month later. I then moved 1,000 miles from home without looking back. I dove into married life head first and devote myself to my marriage more and more very day.

I'm a stay-at-home wife and mother, who does photography part time.  Even though I'm still not entirely sure what my long term goal is right now, I love being a house wife. Sometimes I feel like it's not enough for me but all in all family is what's important.

I'm a vaccinating, pumping and formula feeding, partial baby food making, Tylenol giving, crib supporting mommy. My daughter was born in July 2012. She was diagnosed with having a CCAM when I was 20 weeks pregnant, and had surgery just before turning six months old. She has now made a full recovery and rocks her scar like a battle wound. She's the sassiest little baby I know.

My husband and I are currently closing in on the end of our first deployment. I'm more than ready for it to be over with so we can return back to normal life. I love Army life more than a lot of military wives I know. Even though I may sometimes come off like every part of Army life is amazing, I do have days when I wish my husband was a civilian, when I wish he didn't make the decision to serve, when I just want him to come home from a normal day in the office, not a day in the battle field. Yet, in the end... I wouldn't change where we're at in life for the world. Everything happens for a reason.

This blog is my stress relief. It's my way of expressing myself, my frustrations, and my fears. I share the great things in life, and the things that make me cry. It's my outlet.

This is my life as an Army wife.
